Really good stay

The hotel has a pink bar with amazing cocktails. I found the bar manager very helpful. I greatly appreciated the complimentary services during dine-in and the warm welcome. The housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness, and staff promptly addressed our needs (service was really great). The breakfast was good (the selection of fruits was excellent!).
The hotel is quite far from main attractions. Getting around takes time due to traffic.

The room was spacious and clean, it allowed for a comfortable stay with modern decor and amenities. There were two separate sinks in the bathroom, plus a rainfall shower; those were great features. The bed linens were high quality.

The property is located a bit outside of the main city center; this offers a peaceful environment. The distance to major attractions requires some travel time; planning is essential. It allowed me to relax away from the bustling city.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful; they met our needs promptly and efficiently. I received a personalized check-in experience and felt welcomed by the team. The concierge services were particularly outstanding (the staff was well trained).

poor soundproofingfar distance
i had some issues . the soundproofing in the room was poor. i could hear a lot of noise from outside, especially from a party at the regency ballroom. the staff didn't resolve the noise issue despite my complaints. the hotel's distance from attractions was also a problem. it took hours to reach places like amber fort due to traffic.

the staff seemed very polite and eager to assist, this enhanced the experience. the premises appear very clean and well maintained. i noticed evening events like block printing took place. live music and high tea were available and enjoyable.
sound proofing wasn't good. i heard sounds from outside and adjacent rooms.

i stayed in a royal king room, and it seemed large and well looked after. housekeeping services were consistently available. bathroom installations at the hotel looked fantastic to me.

the breakfast buffet presented a selection of fresh, delicious options. i saw the buffet catered to many tastes. ms. sunita kumari provided service in the restaurant. i believe ms. vrinda upgraded our rooms, which i appreciated.

the room i stayed in lacked proper soundproofing i could clearly hear noises from the corridor and nearby rooms this made it difficult to relax especially with noisy neighbors the high tea options were also disappointing especially considering the hotel's five-star rating the selection was quite average and did not meet my expectations.

The architecture was indeed excellent. Each detail seemed carefully planned. Dining featured local artists playing traditional music. The rooms included spacious bathrooms. It was nice to have some extra space.
The corridor outside my room was often wet. I reported this issue multiple times, but the room was not changed. The noise insulation was poor. I heard sounds from the corridor and adjacent rooms. The soundproofing needs improvements.

This hotel. the architecture shows careful thought in every detail. I learned it took 11 years to construct. i found the spacious rooms with large bathrooms excellent. the multiple swimming pools and mini fountains add to the grandeur (a little oasis of peace!).
